Like an explorer or a movie reader, News on the Web © does not offer any content and it is the responsibility of the user to choose his own content. The content, which is set of extracts, may contain copyright protected elements. It is the visitor reponsibility to inquire about the TOU of the site owner of the RSS feed and adhere to them. Just like a visitor who is in a bookstore, he may see copyrighted photos or summaries, such as on books, back covers, or newspaper articles. This does not give him the right to photograph the pictures or read the books without buying the work. The same applies to an RSS feed viewed with News on the Web ©.

   Using News on the Web © is free.

   HOW IT WORKS:

   Using News on the Web © is completely free, with or without registration and without commitment for users who have accepted these TOU. It provides access to the functionalities described below.

   Visitors have a choice among a list of RSS feeds publicly available on the Internet and chosen for their quality. Moreover the user can freely enter the URL of his choice to view it in swipe cards.

   Once the RSS feed is selected, the user views the article samples on cards to swipe forward and backward using the finger (or mouse). To view the full article, the user must tap the card to return it and then type the [Visit] button that redirects him to the author's website. He will then have to accept the author's conditions to consult the full article.

   News on the Web © can not be held responsible in case of problem encountered on the website of the owner of the article. It should be noted that everything is done to secure the links as much as possible, however, the user having full freedom to enter the links of his choice, it is his responsible to enter safe links.

   News on the Web © declines all responsibility in case of navigation to a viral website by the user.

   The user agrees that News on the Web © is not responsible for any product published by third parties, including, without limitation, ads, product sales, commercial offers of the websites to which he navigates. The user must exercise his own judgment, caution and common sense in his evaluations of a potentially dangerous website and any information provided by a third party.
